The Villa offers an elegant dining room with seating for twelve, a private cinema with seating for 20+ and an art deco bar, WIFI and satellite system exist throughout the house for your convenience and enjoyment. Villa Balboa is gym equipped with free weights, pilates and yoga mats, DVD's, stationary bike and a treadmill. Exterior areas feature an infinity pool, koi ponds, dance floor, water elements, fountains and falls, tropical gardens and an on site English speaking concierge.

Villa Balboa features two oceanfront master suites with King beds, ensuite Jacuzzi, oceanfront terrace, walk-in closet and personal service bar. There are also four oceanfront suites, two with queen size and two with twin size beds. All have oceanfront terraces. Villa Balboa can also be rented with a private oceanfront one bedroom suite with full kitchen and separate entrance. The one bedroom oceanfront apartment has a direct entrance via the elevator that can be locked off for maximum privacy, or access via the Asian tea garden from the rest of the villa. There is also a garden suite with double hideaway bed and private bath.
