Yellow master bedroom with King size bed, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower, ensuite closet and the largest ocean front terrace of all the rooms. Table for two and private sunbeds. On the main level is the Kitchen with two general electric stoves, two dishwashing machines, two refrigerators, dining area with large dining table that seats fourteen people, living area with family room with large 50"flat screen TV. There is also the Turquoise bedroom with King size bed, bath with Jacuzzi, closet, and ocean front terrace. Also on this level is the pool and palapa with bar, brick oven and six person Jacuzzi. On the lower level is the Magenta room with King bed, bath with Jacuzzi and separate shower and ocean front terrace. There is also the Red room with King size bed, shower and outside Jacuzzi, ocean front terrace. The Mural room has two queen size beds, bathroom with shower and hot tub. Also on this lower level is a large open play room with Billiards table, complete bar and lounge area with screen for cinema viewing, lawn area with fire pit and access to the man made beach with palapa umbrellas, private pier and saltwater pool. Some other amenities include Projection screen in family room, DVD, VHS and Satellite TV, stereo system, CD player, iPod dock in every bedroom, Satellite TV music channels. Projection screen for movies in play room, lounges for up to 10 guests. Computer with Infinutum (DSL equivalent in Mexico) Internet access. Wireless access for laptops. Speakers are located throughout the house. The Vonage phone system allows for convenient calls to and from North America. This villa has a full time staff of eight to take care of your every need.
